How do we get our existing patient data to you?

There are 2 options:

1.) Fax a complete printout (soft copy) from your existing system.

2.) Provide to us the most current patient information as you see them. We ask that you provide us the most current patient registration information as you see them along with copies of their insurance cards. This gives us the opportunity to "start fresh" with your data and have your patients re-registered into our advanced software program. If your office has a scanner available our software program allows you to scan and store the patient's insurance cards right into their file.
